How To Order
Currently we do not take payments from our website this is because of the size and weights of the goods involved, consequently we use several carriers to deliver and will send your order with the carrier most appropriate to the size, weight, and cost.
WE CANNOT TAKE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE - PLEASE PUT YOUR ENQUIRY THROUGH ON THE WEBSITE
Select the items required from the 'Products' menu by first selecting a range, then a product and clicking on the 'more info' button and then on the 'add to order' buttons. You can update quanitities required on the quote page and use the 'continue shopping' button to add further items to your order.
The use of our 'Proceed to Checkout' button does not therefore constitute a sale. It is a tool to enable you to inform us of the products that you require and your delivery location in order for you to obtain a quote, showing the cost of the goods only. Our sales staff will then email you back with a quote number detailing the goods, carriage, and vat charges, we will also notify you of the anticipated delivery times.
Payment via Direct Bank Transfer (Bacs)
Once you have received your quote and wish to proceed you can make a direct bank transfer (our preferred method). (A/C No. & Sort Code appear on the bottom of your quotation). Please use the quote number as the reference, we usually pick up payments several times a day and will confirm receipt with a return email or text message if required.
